Our Six Step Process
Initial Creative Push
We sit down together to discuss your brand culture, image and voice. We will draw from market insights and your goals to recommend a scent direction that aligns with your vision.
Production
Once the scent is approved, it's on to production which can take up to 21 days. Our production and testing process is rigorous and comprehensive and meets all IFRA standards of product safety.
Pre-Production
Synthesizing all of the information we've collected, we begin to create a scent profile that addresses your audience's expectations, speaks your brand's language and strengthens your brand promise.
Delivery & Installation
While production is underway, we install and prepare the scent delivery system - be it stand alone or via HVAC.
Live Testing
Once the aroma profile matches your overall brand vision and complements your unique point of view, we conduct extensive testing of the scent on site, for a full collective evaluation.
Service & Support
Our subscription model allows for contractual flexibility and ensures continuous support and maintenance to ensure seamless, worry-free operation.
